We present ZimConnect — the Zimbabwe Diaspora Database — as a ready-to-deploy, Embassy-branded platform that transforms how the Government of Zimbabwe engages its global citizens and mobilizes their capital toward national development.

Over 1.3 million Zimbabweans live and work abroad. ZIDA has identified tourism investment opportunities targeting $3 billion+ in receipts by Vision 2030, supported by 50% year-on-year arrivals growth in 2023. ZimConnect bridges the gap between diaspora capital and ZIDA's Tourism Matchmaking Platform.

We propose a co-branded three-way partnership: Embassy of Zimbabwe (diplomatic authority) · ZimConnect / Eastern Highlands Capital (database infrastructure) · ZIDA (investment licensing and facilitation). We ask for a 30-minute audience. Tinotenda.
